Help Madheshi Malaysia (in Nepali: हेल्प मधेशी मलेसिया, Registration No: 2411, Est. २०१८) operates this website and mobile application as an official humanitarian assistance, voluntary membership, and disaster relief coordinating platform.

Our mission is to extend direct support to the physically disabled (अपाङ्ग), helpless/destitute (असहाय), sick and injured migrant workers, and victims of natural calamities (floods, fires, cold waves) across Madhes Province and Nepali diaspora worldwide.

2. Information We Collect (हामीले संकलन गर्ने डाटाहरू)

We collect only the minimal necessary information required to verify legitimate voluntary membership, generate official double-sided digital CR80 membership cards, and process emergency relief:

• Account Identity Details: Full Name, Email Address, Primary Mobile Number, WhatsApp Number, Current Country of Residence, and Selected Regional Chapter/Team.
• KYC & Verification Documents (Members Only): Passport Photo, Identification Document (Passport, National Citizenship, or Foreign Worker ID copy), Identification Number, Permanent Address, and Blood Group (vital for life-saving emergency blood donation networks).
• Emergency Contact Details: Name and telephone number of the member's designated emergency contact person (essential for stranded or hospitalized migrant worker welfare).
• Donation & Levy Transaction Records: Transaction reference, bank deposit slip photo, amount, payment date, and campaign selected. (We do NOT store credit card CVV or bank login credentials on our servers; payments are processed via official bank transfer or licensed digital gateways).

• Camera / Photo Storage: Required only when you voluntarily take or upload your passport photo, KYC document, or bank donation payment slip.
• Internet Connection: Required to sync membership records, verify digital cards via QR, and stream official field documentary videos.
• No Intrusive Permissions: Our app does not access your contacts, SMS, call logs, microphones, or background location.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion (खाता तथा डाटा मेटाउने अधिकार)

In compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, every user has complete control over their personal data:

• Access & Review: You can view and download your membership card, certificate, and levy ledger at any time from your Member Dashboard.
• Correction: You can submit updated contact or KYC information if your relocation or passport changes.
• Account & Data Deletion: You can voluntarily resign and request permanent deletion of your account and uploaded documents directly through the Member Resignation Portal (/member/resignation.php) or by writing to info@helpmadhes.org. Upon processing, all private uploaded documents are purged permanently from our active storage.
